Timothy Berns, RRT, Director of Respiratory Care Services

Timothy Berns, a Registered Respiratory Therapist, has substantial experience in the management of respiratory disorders and the use of CPAP equipment.  He received his B. S. degree in Business Finance from SUNY Fredonia and completed his Respiratory Therapy studies at Durham Technical Community College. Employed in the respiratory field for the last twelve years, Mr. Berns has provided care for patients in the critical care units of the University of Rochester Medical Center, and the University of Maryland Medical Center.

As Director of Respiratory Care Services at Sleep Insights, Mr. Burns is directly responsible for dispensing CPAP equipment, troubleshooting issues, and educating our patients on CPAP therapy.
