Amy O'Neil, FNP-C, Nurse Practitioner
Amy O’Neil, FNP-C, attended the University of Rochester from 2003-2007, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Biology (2003), followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2004), and graduating Magna Cum Laude. Ms. O’Neil then returned to the University of Rochester in 2007 and received a Master of Science in Nursing.
Prior to joining Sleep Insights, Ms. O’Neil worked at Highland Hospital as a Registered Nurse in Surgery and General Medicine. In this clinical role, she developed a strong focus on patient advocacy and education. Ms. O’Neil exemplifies this patient focus in her expanded role as a Nurse Practitioner at Sleep Insights. Her responsibilities include performing detailed histories and physicals, reviewing sleep studies with patients, and discussing treatment options for various sleep disorders.
